Three Gates Design Partner Terms

Thank you for your interest in becoming a design partner for Three Gates, the AI control plane operated by Hearth and Alloy, Inc. (a Tennessee corporation, doing business as Three Gates). These terms govern your participation in our design partner program during the pre-launch development phase.

1. Program Overview

As a design partner, you will:

  • Get early access to Three Gates platform features and capabilities
  • Provide feedback on product design, features, and user experience
  • Help shape the roadmap through direct collaboration with our team
  • Receive hands-on technical implementation support
  • Benefit from preferred pricing and priority access when we launch

2. Service Provision

"As-Is" Basis: Three Gates is currently in active development. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features, functionality, and availability may change as we refine the product based on partner feedback.

No Service Level Agreement: During the design partner phase, we do not guarantee uptime or specific performance metrics. We will communicate planned maintenance and significant changes in advance when possible.

3. Data and Privacy

  • HIPAA Security Rule support: We implement security measures designed to support HIPAA Security Rule obligations, including encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), audit logging, and multi-tenant isolation. Hearth and Alloy, Inc. is prepared to execute a Business Associate Agreement with each Covered Entity customer prior to any PHI flow.
  • PHI Detection: Three Gates automatically detects and can block or redact PHI in AI interactions using multiple independent detection layers tuned for healthcare vocabulary.
  • Audit Trails: All AI interactions, policy decisions, and user actions are logged with 7-year retention for compliance purposes.
  • Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@hearthandalloy.com.

4. Your Responsibilities

By participating as a design partner, you agree to:

  • Lawful Use: Use Three Gates only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help improve the platform (any feedback you provide may be used to enhance Three Gates).
  • No Misuse: Not attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' access.
  • Confidentiality: Respect the confidential nature of pre-release features and capabilities unless we explicitly authorize public disclosure.
  • Policy Compliance: Configure and maintain organizational policies appropriate for your use case and risk tolerance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Platform Ownership: Hearth and Alloy, Inc. retains all rights to Three Gates, including code, algorithms, AI models, and documentation.
  • Your Data: You retain all rights to data you input to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your prompts, documents, or AI interaction data.
  • Feedback License: By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve Three Gates.
